The problem

Query optimization and cloud infrastructure decisions remain difficult to automate because correctness, performance, and cost must be considered together.

The approach

Combine language models, program synthesis, equivalence checking, workload learning, and guarded control to propose and evaluate optimizations at both query and infrastructure levels.
